Eligibility for Refund:

• The purchased 3D model, vehicle, or character has significant errors, glitches, or compatibility issues that prevent it from working as described.
• You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (such as screenshots or error logs) .
• Refund policy- refund will be processed and credit to original payment method within 6-7 working days .

Non-Refundable Cases:
